He's one of my top hated villagers, so I know how you feel. I've also had him in my town each time I restarted. I made it top priority to get rid of him each time.

Also, a tip: I think it's the best when you just ignore the villagers you don't like. One day,
they will move out on they own. Or, if you can't wait: Do time travelling.

This happened to me with Broffina. She would NOT leave. She kept saying she was going to leave, and I was like oke BYEEEEE, and she never left until I had to get a new amiibo card and kick her out lol

oh man, having a villager you hate is the Worst. it's like they can tell you don't like them so they just,,,stay for as long as possible to spite u.
i feel u though, i've had Katt in my town for months. i don't hate her (i actually really like her design!) just how her house is placed directly in front of my town hall :/
