SO in my newly found quest to turn my cycle town into the beautiful 2nd dream town I want, I had decided on my perfect villagers for that town and had begun buying them.... Now, before any snarky comments come out, just turn around and leave 
I have had my main town on hold for - hey, today is the 5th frickin day >x<... and have only been cycling in my 2nd town. I haven't plot resetted for quite some time now, since my main had quite a few of my dreamies settled already. Now, I wanted to plot reset in my 2nd town with my new perfect for that town dreamies. I adopted one TT'd ahead, started a new slot, and she didn't show up (SSSHHH, SSSHHHH... I didn't realize it yet, drop the smarty pants somewhere else) So I was panicking and freaking out. Then I went ahead loaded my mayor (yes I know, just ssshhh), and continued to adopt another villager. GUESS WHAT?!?! Mitzi showed up.... (oh where did I leave my brain last night) so I was looking for my new one (hahaha), I was thinking that I had a slightly defective copy and that my missing villager would show up to be plotted if I TT'd and loaded the mayor... So I did it again. (Oh, by the way, at this point, it is the morning after, like a few minutes ago from me writing this) I saw a plot on the title screen (and the long lost memories, start to come back). I load up a new slot, and go to see where the plot is.... It's in the same place as on the title screen... How unusual.. WAIT OH WAIT!!! This is where I realize from my long lost memories of plot resetting that plots do not show up on your map and you have to search for them.... And in my very tired state last night I now have a ill placed villager, but have been awoken to beautiful town-ness.
I will now accept the dunce hat. u_u'
