What sort of prison are you going for? Maximum security or just like a regular ol thing? Could have signs out that list their "crimes" or do that via the board

Okay! So, after careful thought (and a lot of consideration) I finally have an answer: You can use scarecrows to be like, prison guards outside cells.

Monster Statues Wardens, maybe have a "swat team" of black monster statues on the outside??

have a little area thats "the hole" or solitary confinement!
