I want to make a account for my sister, can i make one?

i don't want her messing on my account, she'll spend all of my tbt bells and other stuff
i'm not sure if i'll get a infraction for making a another account.

If it's owned by her, then it doesn't matter. Just don't use it, and you won't get in trouble.
If the mods do happen to mistake it for an alt, just let them know it's your sister's.

You should be fine making another account as long as it's for your sister, and you won't be using it

If she's too young to make an account, then she's probably too young to be on these forums. I think people are supposed to be at least 13 to be on this site. I know there are younger users than that, but if someone is incapable of making their own account, then that's probably a sign of being way too young to be on this site.
