I wanna move bubble disappeared

I started up the game and Raymond had the I wanna move bubble. At first I forgot about shutting the game down before finishing the convo and I chose don't leave but I didn't get further than that and closed the game. When I came back in he had the thought bubble and again the next time. I decided I would try one more time and if he still had it it meant I didn't beat the auto save. When I came back in the 4th time he didn't have the bubble and neither did anyone else. So what happened? Will the bubble come back tomorrow or did it start over? Also is it possible for someone to have the bubble in their house or will the one with the bubble always be outside? Thanks

the bubble can disappear later in the day, if the villager randomly starts doing an activity or goes home (they can't have the bubble while at home). As long as you didn't talk to him that last time (and it sounds like you didn't) then someone will have the bubble the next day

So when you have a villager that wants to move out, that will always be their move out day. So if Raymond wants to move out, today is his move out day, no one else will ask you, no matter how many times you exit and return to the game without saving. The only time the bubble will move is when you go forward a day. (This can be naturally, or by TTing.) The next day, you have a chance of the bubble moving.

So for an example, here's what happened when I tried to move out Cleo.

Day 1: Felicity asked to move.
Day 2: Megan asked to move.
Day 3: Felicity asked to move.
Day 4: Felicity asked to move.
Day 5: Cleo asked to move.

ok thank you both. raymond got the bubble back again. so now I know don't talk to him for the rest of today and we'll see if the bubble jumps tomorrow.

what you can do is ignore a villager you DO want to move, and talk to everyone else. it worked for me

Thanks ill do that. it's just weird that the bubble comes and goes. Like I said he had it again but then a bit later I saw him holding a little blue dumbbell doing arm reps lol.
