You guys are offending people due to what you're posting about religion, and other things. It's not that I personally don't mind people talking about that, but it's that you're saying stuff such as, "There IS NO God" Where you could put it, "I don't personally believe in a God." I can't personally be offended by that, although I do believe in God, but others are very easily offended by that. So really, if you could try, avoid saying that altogether, but if you really need to say it, say it kindly, and accepting to others opinions.

To the first thing, yes. I'm not saying they should, and it's society's job to try and stop these sorts of things from happening.

To the second thing, of course they can get annoyed. Did I not just say they have the right to be offended? But it's not alright for them to impede on others' free speech.

@Silver:It doesn't matter if it is a crime or not, Mino said you can offend someone but the offended person cannot stop the person speaking, racism is a form of offence; just a very strong one.

I know, but I said hate crimes are just that: crimes. A murder becomes a hate crime when it is motivated by race. Yelling epithets at people is not a crime, even if it is targeting certain people. That is, unless it becomes harassment.
