I want my name to be Mochi but unsure Mayor Name. But i was dabbling in making my mayors name Mochi instead, I like how Mayor Mochi has a nice ring to it.

I think Mayor Mochi of Pocky has a cute ring to it! I just restarted my town too.... I wanted to try a new name but i've always been stuck on Mayor Bayleaf of Savory haha

I started over a few days ago... it took FOREVER to find the perfect map... and I had to restart that one because there was a rock in an unfortunate place, so...

I have a pretty good map. I like it. It's not as good as the one I had before, but at least this one doesn't have any stupid rocks in the way.

I also just started new. I definitely say do it! If you're patient lol to me it's a pain but it's also definitely nice to start with a town name/mayor name/map setup that you love!

I'm debating restarting too, mostly because I want to change name of Mayor and town. I think I was too eager to get started on a second town and I just picked a blah, map and names. I have tried working with it and it's just not making me excited.

I was visiting my dream addresses of towns I’ve since restarted last night and I had that urge to reset my current town too. Most,y because my old dreams had that “finished” feel and my new town just feels yuck, but I realized it’s because it’s just started and doesn’t have the perfect PWPs or bushes or trees or really anything besides a path. So I’m resisting the urge to restart to really give Starfall a chance.

I restart my town all the time, hah. I find something weirdly satisfying about it. I like the process of starting from scratch, and landscaping. This time around though I didn’t get such a good map, but I couldn’t remember if I’d get to keep my bells if I reset then!

Though I did end up with a bunch of ugly villagers. Jacques is like a creepy guy who keeps asking you out and doesn’t seem to understand why you’re turning him town

I have this bad habit too!! It's even worse 'cause I'm OCD. But thankfully I have several copies of the game so I don't have to worry about restarting my main town. Hopefully you find the map you're looking for!
