in my empire state HQ i was looking at my mod cp, and I can't manage members.....is that supposed to be like that?

The admins probably don't want all of the mods that aren't modding a Bell Tree forum to be able to edit members.

It's supposed to be like that. You need to have the Mod rank to have that ability.

You also can't view IP adresses, delete threads, and some more things.
