Bottled Water should be banned from public sale. Yes or No?
DON'T GET OFF-TOPIC THIS TIME PLEASE.

yes.
Why have bottled water when there is perfectly good filters.. and running water?
unless if you buy bottled water, you HAVE to recycle it.

Yes/No. The bottled water itself isn't the problem, it's the container. If they made a biodegradable container, it should be allowed.

I don't think it should be banned. Maybe made more expensive or taxed so that people think twice. Those bottles are a serious environmental issue. I buy one bottle and wash it out every day and use it for a week. I hate just throwing them away. I try to recycle them.

In all seriousness, I don't see the problem with bottled water.
Same here
It's because the bottled water companies technically aren't required to list on their labels exactly how far they go to purify it. They could not be getting rid of viruses in the water for all they're required to tell us.

Ok, think of it like this. If you were stranded out in a desert, would you rather have a bottle of water, or a drinking fountain that didn't work.

Bottled Water is really a waste of plastic. Sure, it's great if you don't have a water system in your household, but I'm sure they could use some alternatives for the plastic part, just use other elements instead of plastic, it won't be as wasteful. The only plus side to bottled water is that it's easy for using on the go.

People seem to be ignoring this.

Yea, but I've never gotten sick off of bottled water, so I'm assuming they do a pretty good job at it.
