I need tips on removing a villager

There's a villager named Sparro in my town and I really want him gone.
He's been here for almost 1 year now and he hasn't moved away/asked to move away. I don't want risk TT because it may lead to my dreamies to move out.

Is there any other way?

I think if you talk to everyone but him ..he'll eventually ping? I'm not sure though

Alright, have you tried making a new character and then ignoring them/deleting the character? Have you tried being very nice to them, talking to them constantly? Are you TTing?

From my experience, ignoring villagers does not increase their chances of moving out. Instead of ignoring him, try talking to him more often and fulfilling some of his requests. Since he is not your 10th, if you do talk to him, he WILL ask to move out eventually, although it may take longer without time travel.

I haven't tried being nice to them, I mostly ignored them. I haven't risked TT ever.
