@ people saying give up -- ?????? Why? If she was her last dreamie, why replace her? Wat? It's not hard to cycle 16. My gf has literally almost completed the process for Hamphrey, is at 12/16 now, hasn't lost anyone, and went from 5 spots to 2 now to 1.

If you're careful you won't lose anyone else and you can get through it pretty fast as long as you're doing it frequently. I went through 2 16 cycles at the same time, though I had 7 I could move in and out at the time.

I'm really sorry that happened to you, though. I have no room, sadly, as I'm still holding Hamphrey for my gf. But I think giving up is taking the easy way out. Only give up if you have to start at 0/16 and have one spot to move people out lol

Are there any other one of your villagers that you would be ok with losing? If you let them go and cycle out 16 villagers, you can get Marina back, and if you cycle out another, you can get that one back right after. As long as you had nine villagers when Marina moved out.

If she is still in boxes, you can find someone to come visit your town, and convince her to move in to their town. After she wants to move from their town, you can come back and ask her to move back. Not sure if you knew that but it can help!

I'm pretty sure that's the whole point of this thread, I think the 16-cycle is what's wrong ;-; I'm sorry, Marina's the best normal!

That's not possible. No matter what she has to move in and out 16 villagers. When you have a villager move out it's the games way of ensuring you don't get repeat villagers. So no matter if someone takes her exact Marina, she would still need to cycle the 16 before the game will let her get her back regardless.

I paid 20m for my Marina too. If you're careful you won't lose Stitches or anybody else. It WILL take time because you only have 2 to move out as opposed to 5 or 7. But you can do it. Even going day by day. I know how it feels, I had Nibbles for all of 3 days before I was careless and found her in freaking boxes. But I was lucky as I was cycling that town anyway and had 7 people to move after my friend held her for me.

I should really get a 5th copy to hold for people/cycle more. (god no dont let me)

Did you find anyone to hold her for you? You should make a thread in the Villager Trading forum, I'm sure someone there will be willing to babysit her while you cycle. There's no need to let her go just yet. :3

Don't give up! And don't listen to the people telling you to just sell her, or void her, or are for some reason trying to push their own dreamies onto you. She's still in boxes, and as long as she stays that way there's still time to find a solution!
