I need some Recolouring help.

I need someone to recolour an image for me. I've tried and tried with NO luck (just keeps messing up).

I want his eyes deep blue (same as his armor) and his hair to be golden blonde.
Please do this for me I'd REALLY appreciate it. (Need it for my RPC)

I'm indifferent, since you came back you've given me no reason to either like or dislike you. As for doing this, as I said it only took me 5 minutes and I had photoshop open and my tablet with me so I figured why not.
