I need some help!

Hi Guys.Im planning to restart my town some day in April.But,i have a theme that i did like to work on for my next town.I would like to have a Modern theme to my town like New York City or Holylwood and other stuff.Do you guys have any tips for making a Modern theme town?I really need some help!

Only use modern PWPs. Have Monique as a snooty,because she looks like Marilyn Monroe. Have Julian in there because he is fabulous.

Bro, I'd suggest using the modern PWP's and also modern police station, and Since out of the 4 models of trainstation and town hall I'd pick fairytale, Don't use the Zen theme, and also It doesn't matter which villagers you want as long as they're your dreamies.

If you do a New York theme you should use one of your ponds as a focal point for Central Park. Have a couple modern street lamps by it.

I agree with making a "central park". Another idea is to have your villagers all side by side, as close together as possible, in a horizontal row with a street putting them together. With street lamps in-between if you can or near them. Try to use asphalt looking QR codes. I know there is one town that had an evangelion theme and some other towns with a town theme that used asphalt qr codes for their streets and even had the painted car-driving lines on the streets, etc. Some PWP street signs, too…!
