I need some help with Booker's Shop

So sorry if I am being dense, or missing something obvious, but I can't see how to correct a "sent Collectible to wrongly spelled User" by using Booker's Shop
I purchased a correction for 50 TBTs, but how do I now apply it?
The mistake was made last week, and I have made quite a few Collectible gifts/transactions in the meantime ... The user who received the Collectible in error has been inactive for a number of years, so I can't just have the collectible sent back to me.
Any advice for me please!?

I THINK, you may have to go to trasaction log, and maybe it'll say something like return? Or something like that. I'll keep looking.

You have to go to your inventory (which can be accessed on the left hand side after clicking the Shop tab), scroll down and find the item, and then click configure. Then you will get the following screen to fill out the details;

corrections are done manually, and not automatically, so it may take a little while for the transcation to be corrected.

also that image is for bells, so if you bought the image one i'd assume it would say 'collective' instead of 'bell amount'

Kkk go to inventory, press configure then you have to fill out a form with what collectible, user you meant to send and user you acidentaly sent it to.

OK, thank you both ... Still have a question before I proceed ... The item I sent was a green balloon ... I still have two green balloons in my inventory, but neither are the one I sent of course, so which item do I choose to configure?

Yup, i think configuring the balloons won't do anything. Its just as Jake said.

OK, thank you very much, Jake and Forek ... I went in to my Inventory, selected Configure Correction icon ... Filled in the fields for what was sent and to whom ... I think I did it correctly ... I did not get a notice back though ... Maybe you have to wait before the transaction gets corrected? I notice I still have the Correction icon in my sidebar!

It says it can take up to a week, as it has to be done manually, so just wait and it should be fine!!

(I just made my Correction icon inactive ... I imagine it will disappear once the correction has been actually effected)

Yeah, it's still a manual process. Basically the new Shop is a way of formalizing it properly. In the past, you could sometimes get a correction done by basically bugging all of the mods and admins until eventually we got tired of it and finally did something. And it does take our time to fix, collectibles especially, so a small Bell cost is in hopes on encouraging more caution and less mistakes.

Yes, Thank you, Justin ... i will be more cautious in the future for sure! I had a very nice message from Jeremy today also ... I think the Booker's Shop is an awesome idea and especially for those *ahem* blonde moments when one doesn't notice that a member's name has a space between every letter!! hahaha
