I Need Help...

I'm on CT right now. I wanted to go on a tour, so I started it and sat down. It hasn't started though-I'm just stuck sitting in the chair. I can't even get off. The characters are moving and everything(except for the person I'm with-they haven't moved since I got here). I just caught a ton of beetles and I really don't want to have to flip the switch...any tips? Will I lose everything in the Box if I flip it?

They need to sit with you. Tours won't start until all players on the island sit.

They haven't moved or said anything since I got here. I asked if they wanted to come, but they didn't reply and now I'm stuck on the chair.
