Buying I need a horse mackerel. 30 inch preferred.

I really really really need this mackerel. I'm losing hardcore in this fishing tourney and it's driving me nuts. I can't find a mackerel bigger than 20 inches....I'd like a 30 inch mackerel.
I've got furniture to offer from the fishing tourney and bells, or fruit, or other furniture. Help?
