So I, admittedly, was time traveling. Unfortunately I forgot to load a new save file.. and this happened:

Can anyone tell me the fastest way to move someone out?

I don't know many methods, but try to work it out along with ignoring them for some time.

^^ Talk to them for a while and try and build your friendship level with them and try to ignore them for a bit

try the diving trick to get villagers to ping you

I'm guessing you have already become mayor, villagers do not move out before you become the mayor for some reason

Its simple. Just never turn down a request for a certain villager you want gone and the villager will have a higher chance of moving out. There's no sure fire way, other than this.

Just know it's a lot harder to get the most recent villager to move. If you get another villager to move in then do what everyone else said they should be gone in no time

That's terrible! Oh my goodness! Just raise friendship with them, and hope that they aren't a good villager that you want

There is a huge open area in my town, so I'm not sure how or why this had to happen xD

Only talk to them the first day that they moved in and then never talk to them again! That's what I did when I moved out unwanted villagers.

I've actually also had a lot of luck with this method. I used it on my unwanted starting villagers and they moved out very quickly.

I honestly would love if I had them move right there, that's just too funny, but either way good luck getting them out!
