I made a Cemetery for my Past Villagers!

I decided to make a little spot on my island to remember the villagers that have moved out of my town! Have y'all done something similar on your islands?

haha yeah i didn't realize how morbid it was until i finished it D:
it was supposed to be there to remind me who used to live on my island, but now im just rolling with the dark vibes from it lol

I might make a little area dedicated to every villager that’s left, but I’m not sure about having an area dedicated to every individual villager since I’m pretty sure I’ll be going through a ton of villagers

I love the idea! Having their framed photos overlooking the tombstone from behind would look real nice I'd imagine.

Darn it! I’m doing the same exact thing! I just haven’t had a villager leave yet. I thought I was the first with that idea... I won’t let them leave til I get their pic... I was gonna put their pic next to the gravestone (if you can)..

My husband suggested we do this, but I just couldn't have the heart to. haha.
I dunno, it's not like they are dead, so to me it seems a little be strange..
but to each their own! It's a way to remember them for sure.
Especially if you have a spooky theme for your island it will fit for sure.

I have a cemetery in my village...but, it's all old and moss-covered. Intentionally made to look like it is centuries old...and more of a place for peaceful reflection than mourning the dead. Lol.
