lol same, i think i plot resetted twice before giving up and not caring anymore XD i think it was because wolfgang went in the same place and i was convinced it wasn't working lol
what's the longest it's taken you to plot reset? oh and if you're looking for cole he's in my town but's on AV!

I have the whole bottom section of one of my towns set aside for my villagers, they don't have to be in any certain order or position, but anywhere south of the river (and not right in front of my house on the peninsula thing) But every time I plot reset they decided to go to every other possible place in the Northern half before finally settling on the bottom somewhere and even then they chose to be like right behind someone else's house... I am asking too much? I have given you like HALF of the town to chose from. >.<

I used to do this, but this time my plan was to wait until I had all of my dreamies moved in and plan around them, but I ended up starting a little early. Kabuki took a while to reset, but he ended up in the perfect spot, and now Tom, the one I'm resetting currently, is the last one I need.

Ugh, I feel you...
Had to plot reset for all of my villagers, and your heart literally shatters when the plot is one row off from the allocated place. I usually plot reset for 1-2 hours in one go. And I also watch some videos during this to keep me entertained.
The longest that I've had to do this was for ~6.5 hours, around an hour each day. So basically 6 days >~>
But the joy of finally getting a villager into the correct spot though.

Now if they move out, I'll probably just burn down the whole town.

Same, I got Chevre in a good spot on my third try. And Benjamin was in an ok-ish spot. I'd never take more than an hour though.

I got Muffy and she just really did not want to plot in a convenient spot. Eventually I just let her move into Vladimir's old spot. It's not the best place ever, but she's not somewhere horrible.

Plot resetting can get me annoyed easily. Fauna always moved in the wrong places then 3 hours later I got her in a good place.

I've only did that once. I knew a villager was moving out so each day I would build a cheap pwp somewhere I didn't want a new villager to move. Then I invited my new villager and he didn't have that many spots to choose from so it was fairly straight forward. Only did it for an hour or so.

Lucky you, with Renee going perfectly though I'm not sure what you mean by first try... ^^;

I actually plot reset Ruby today and she didn't really go in the place I wanted, but I can deal with it
