To upload screenshots, you need to get them from your SD card to your computer. There's a thread here on the forum which shows you how to send your screenshots to Tumblr and twitter right from your 3DS, but I can't find it. But once you have the screenshot, you can post it onto Photobucket for example and get a BBCode link.

Press L+R to take screenshots... It'll be saved to your SD card. You can then take the SD card out and upload it onto here
