i just realized this...

i was just thinking about two of my bear cubs (bluebear and cheri) and i realized their names are both almost the names of fruits! cheri's pretty obvious, but i didn't realized that bluebear kind of sounds like blueberry.

i don't know if this was intentional or not, but either way, i kind of ship cheri and bluebear now. a bear cub fruit smoothie.

similarly, pudge, poncho and pekoe all have P names, so while i don't ship them together (yet) i do have a feeling they're all very close friends.

do you ever have headcanons about your villagers based off their names? or am i just weird?

Yeah, I thought it was pronounced sheri at first, until I saw her Japanese name was acerola (another word for cherry), but honestly I still sound it out sheri in my head.
