I just realized that...

... the town layouts of the top left table (4-D) and bottom left table (4-D) don't exist. I reset my game 1000+ times and I'm 100% sure. I also looked at the pictures of the town map thread and nobody had a town map like this.

To make clear which layouts I'm talking about, here's the picture of the possible layouts in the game, which I found on tumblr. I'm sure that many of you have already seen it.

Those map layouts are not possible because they have only 2 open acres and a map needs 3 for the plaza, Re-Tail, and town hall.

Some people like the middle left one because you can have the plaza in the center of the map with the river wrapped around it and have a bridge in each direction which makes it nice and symmetric looking. The one on the right at least has a lot of space to work with if you don't get any extra ponds. I'm sure there are people who have the other two maps for various reasons, but I can't imagine anyone map resetting for either of those. The annoying thing about all of those maps are the thin strips of land between the river and train tracks, but I guess people figure out things to do with that land.
