I have a quick question.

You'll see, i was wondering if Villagers that left can appear again when Plot Resetting after finishing the 16 villager cycle.

I've been plot resetting for hours and Shep just don't appear. 18 Villagers already left after him.

Yes, I think they should be able to once you've completed the 16 villager cycle, but the game also prioritizes personalities you don't have sometimes. If you're only seeing a certain personality type and it's not smug, then you're probably out of luck this time around. If you're getting villagers of all personality types, then it's probably just bad luck because there are so many possible villagers you could get. Hunting for one is very difficult.

I'm actually just getting Smug. The only personality i don't have in town.

Maybe i just keep trying today.

Instead of hunting that way (which sounds tiring), I think you'll be luckier with the villagers cycling threads...
