i have a question

ive been playing AC for quite a while. I built many public works projects and keep my town good. but i never get any requests from any of my animals. Usually its when they want to move out or they want to give me something but not really a request for a public works project ? Please tell me how to change that ! I want my town to have more public works

You should post this on the New Leaf board, so more people can read it!

I personally believe it's just luck, but there are ways to increase chances of them requesting more projects.
