So I am tting to get villagers out and lolly was in my campsite so I asked her to move in but I want to continue to tt. I want to plot reset so she is in a good spot. What I am asking is what time should I have my myor set the time to then save so I can plot reset if that makes any sense.

It sounds like you are TT using the in game clock =o So I would think the time you would need would have to be really close to 6am such as 5:55am or even 5:50am to be safe.
I'm not 100% sure so I would wait for more feedback~ c=

5:58 next morning - save on mayor immediately after logging in - then come in on a throw away character after a couple of minutes have passed.

Campers sometimes take 3 days to move in
Which sucks
So it can be anytime the next day or next 3 days
