After the first day of your town,villagers would start to move in,and i think Smugs and Uchis would move in.Example:Mira the uchi bunny was gonna move in,but i wanted Slyvia the uchi kangaroo to move in instead.Is there like any trick to do this?If there is one,can you tell me how?

Create a new character the day someone is supposed to move in (e.g. the day after you take office) look around and check if there is a plot for a villager you want. Right then it will be among all the personalities you don't have. Smug and Uchi are always like this, as well as the one personality you did not start with.

Just DON'T SAVE, and do the process of the "New Save File" to create a second character again. When you find one you want, do the process of getting their tent built, the talk to Isabelle. She will the allow you to save. (I got Mira, Eugene, and Amelia from this in Tartarus! I love all 3)

I did this with 8 villagers then when I checked alli was moving in. Thinking she was alright I did everything then TT'd to the next day and instead of her deli moved in XD I'm probably doing something wrong though
