I have a question about QR codes~

I was wondering if there was a way I could take a qr code I made in New Leaf and put it on my laptop. I've been looking around but I haven't gotten an answer :c Thanks guys!~♥

Make the qr code then turn off your 3DS and take the SD card out. Put the SD card into your computer and upload the photo of the qr code. (when you make a qr code the game saves it to your SD card ) ^^

Umm actually I just made a qr code, put my SD card in and I still can't find the code ._. Where exactly is the QR code? o: I checked the DCIM folder~
