I have a quesion

Is there a way to put two images together in gimp? Like I'm trying to make a sig, and I have two different images, but I want to use one for a background, and one for a foreground. Is there a way to do that?

I think you just put them both in different layers.

Yeah, you have to use layers. If you don't know, it's pretty basic info.

Paste background in one layer, foreground in other

I did do that, and it didn't work. I just saw the foreground.
