I have a few questions about the muesum

So I'm in a little predicament. you see, I recently just learned that in order to get the cafe in the museum, you must donate at least 20 items, well I happen to be sharing animal crossing with 2 other accounts (One that my sister uses, and another account we don't use). Anyway, the museum is almost completed with only about five more things left to complete, both accounts have a couple things donated by them, while I donated the rest. My question is, is it still possible for me to get the cafe? and If not what should I do? Thank you for taking the time to read/answer this!

Has is been one week since you donated a minimum of 50 items?
Because you need to wait a week (or you can TT a week), then Blathers will get the thought of building the Cafe.
And you need to donate at least one item in each category (fossils, paintings, bugs, fish)

Have you done the Museum Renovation project?

Have you unlocked the second floor and completed it? You need to do that first and then a week or so later, Blathers will tell you about the Cafe.
