I literally traded him a million feathers and still haven't gotten the full set. He keeps giving me repeats and I have up to 7 of the walls now -3-" Not to mention I thought rainbow feathers got me something that I don't already have but there's also a chance of duplicates from the so called rare feather...I'm going to murder Pave soon lol!

I know how you feel.I did all of that "fun" Festivale stuff awhile ago. It's a bit easier with friends because then you can trade items.

i think it's something that happens in february or it could be the thanksgiving event. I only know the names from the JP version of ACNL though so I'd need to do more research.
