Excuse you, I love Beardo. Haha but honestly if you want him gone, just talk to him like any regular villager and eventually he'll tell you he wants to move.

Beardo and Chow are the only big bears I actually like.
But if you don't like him, all you have to do is talk to him once and probably every 5 normal days someone in your town might ping to move, which could be him.
If you time travel, go two days forward, save, two days backwards, run around to find the mover that pings, if it's not Beardo then keep repeating the process..

At first Beardo looked weird but after a while I grew to like him. I find him adorable now.
Or, if you want to try and get them our faster, you can try and do the 6 days forward and back method.
Just make sure to start doing this on the same day that you denied a villager's request to move. Then you basically just TT 6 days ahead, save and quit, and TT 6 days back in one go. A villager should ping you to let you know that they are moving. So if it's the wrong villager, deny them and repeat this cycle. If it's the right villager, then hallelujah

Beardo is one of my favorite villagers. It took a little time for him to grow on me (I wasn't a huge fan of Smug), but now I couldn't imagine my town without him.
If you really want him out, follow the advice here to encourage a ping, but if you give him a chance, you might see him in a better light.

I love Beardo! He's one of my dreamies in my main town. I love smug villagers in general though. I understand the struggle of having someone unwanted move in front of your house though, I had Freckles for a whopping 8 months in front of my house, soo...
