I recognize Rio, Savanna, and KK of course, but not that one. Tbh, I think my eyes are playing tricks on me, I checked all the eagle and chicken villagers and the closest I came was Amelia, Quinn and Ken, but none of them really match.

edit: It's Amelia! I was looking at her backwards! lol, I thought her back feathers was her beak and that she was staring at Rio. Thanks everyone!
