I FOUND IT!!

I have one of those DS pouch type things (bad description, I know) and I keep all my games in that. I've never lost a game after I started putting them in there. I keep my game pouch with my 3DS, so when I switch a game I can put back in immediately. If you lose your games a lot, I suggest doing something like that.

It's easy to absentmindedly put the game somewhere other than its case. That's all it takes. My games miss their cases 1% of the time and I usually pay for it when they do. Plus a lot of players are younger and tend to leave things strewn about (I totally used to).

Yeah it does make sense. But since I'm older (19 for precise), I tend to take care of the games that I want to play. I was dumb as a young kid when I dump games that are actually good because I'm bored and have low "replay-ability". As of right now, I lost my 3DS stylus because as I mention before, I was an idiot. Thankfully the Wii U stylus does work with the 3DS touch screen.

I lost my second town about a month ago. Believe it or not, we were moving the rug out of our living room so we could put the new one down and it was right under the edge!

Luckily, I have the digital version, this would be one of the only reasons I think I'm glad I had to get the digital version.

I remember I had lost my WW game for literal YEARS. and I remember crying about it and then within those years I would get really sad randomly because I wanted to play it. Then, while moving house and cleaning out all the furniture I found the cartridge inside the woodwork of my bed and I WAS SO HAPPY I stopped everything right there and started playing! I think I even had that one flower weed you had to get all the weeds out before you could remove it!! Thats how long the cartridge was gone!

I've spent the past year wondering where my previous copy of animal crossing was, just this weekend I asked my exboyfriend if perhaps I'd left it in the DS I gave him - turns out I'd downloaded it from the store, it was never a physical copy

Glad you found it! My copy is digital so I don't have to worry about that, but if I lose my 3DS that will be a double bluff!
