I FOUND IT!!

My third cartridge, with the town of Rosedawn, was lost a few months ago. I looked for it for a long time and I wasn't able to find it, and I eventually forgot about it.
Today my mom was cleaning the house and she lifted up the rug so she could wash it. And under that rug was my game!
I'm really glad I found it, I had several dreamies on there and expensive villagers such as Marshal and Lolly. I'll probably use this cartridge for cycling.
Have you ever misplaced your AcNL cartridge? Were you able to find it?

Yes, I lost a TON of styluses. When I was a kid with my plain ol DS, my mom bought me a pack of like eight rainbow colored styluses and I lost every single one... That's why I use my finger now :/
I also liked to chew on my styluses for some reason...

And I have my games pretty much ANYWHERE but the case, when I'm done playing I either leave it in the system or take it out and leave it floating around, I should probably stop doing that...

When I was younger I lost one or two games, but now I treat my gaming consoles better than how some people treat their babies. Glad you found yours though.

I've lost my ACNL a lot xD It was usually inside my 3DS and I didn't notice though...
But my DSi seems to have magically disappeared with my favorite game cartridge in it... (つд⊂)

lol I hate chewing on my styluses. I get the feeling if I do they won't work and my parents will be so cheap to get me new ones

The plural of stylus is either styli or styluses, so it's fine. I always used to lose mine, I used to buy so many. Now that I am older, I find them in the strangest of places. On the other hand, I am happy I just lost one cartridge so far.

I actually chew on my styli too, because holding them in my mouth is more convenient than putting them in and out of the DS slot constantly and I can't be bothered to constantly hold it between my fingers. It's worse now since I got the new XL because the slot's on the bottom (WHY NINTENDO?) so after a few weeks it's falling out of the slot.

Idk why I do it.

As for losing my AC copy, well, that can't happen since I own the digital copy. So I'd need to lose my entire 3DS and believe me you wouldn't want to see the imminent freakout. I bought rainbow styli because the black one kept disappearing within my bedsheets, which are navy blue, so I could never ever find it whenever I put it down (I think this is where the chewing habit came from zzz).

However, while not AC, I do have a habit of constantly losing my Kirby Super Star Ultra DS game at least once a week. I keep finding it on the floor or under my bed and tbh half the time I don't even realize it's lost until I find it.

It's easy to absentmindedly put the game somewhere other than its case. That's all it takes. My games miss their cases 1% of the time and I usually pay for it when they do. Plus a lot of players are younger and tend to leave things strewn about (I totally used to).
