I found a Ruby and a Sapphire?

Hey i hit some rocks but it broke :c but i did fine a Ruby and a sapphire, any idea on what they do?

They're used to remake furniture at Re-Tail. You can't remake furniture until Cyrus (the blue alpaca sleeping on the right side of the shop) wakes up/unlocks.

I'm not exactly sure, but you can probably find it on an animal crossing wiki ^^
