I found a glitch!

While I was removing one of my clothing inside the house to put to my inventory, at the exact same moment, suddenly it autosaved....then the item is lost..has this happened to anyone?

This one sounds scary, haven’t encountered this yet, but some of my friends lost diys somehow which is even more annoying
