I've only been in there once and the whole time was just Resetti yelling at me (he already hates me and tells the other save files about how bad I am at following the rules. Something like "don't be like your mayor and save the game!!")

You are so lucky! I've never been inside the reset center. I think I managed it once in CF but never in NL. I read if you get in enough you get Resetti and Don's pictures.

It's not hard at all.

The reset centre opens at 9.00 PM IF it has rained or been snowing the previous day.

You can get both Sonny and Don Resett's pictures if you visit them around 7 (I think) times.
