• Your hard work restoring The Bell Tree has paid off! A commemorative Shiny Ditto Easter Egg has now appeared in the Shop for 99 Bells.
  • Easter season is here! Here's what we have going on at The Bell Tree:
    • The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.
    • Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!
    • Customize your profile by spending bells on any of our three recurring backdrops.

I feel this is the right time..

No no I'm not quiting, right now it seems as this is in order, though.

Recently at TBT all that's been happening is the members and staff/sages are fighting and arguing with each other. It's not fun to watch either. I mean if this doesn't stop TBT is going to fall apart. Do we want that to happen? I mean seriously we almost lost one of our best admins yesterday.

First thing is first we need to get the staff situated. Even if it means kicking someone out, hey as long as it's for the good of the forum. Not that we'd like to see any staff members gone but it may be necessary...

Second the members here need to stop dis-respecting the staff. It's really getting old. 5 pages of staff arguing with the members over something like respect. If you don't like an idea I agree that you should support you reasoning and not just say it sucks.

Somethings are going to need to change. I'm not liking the forum as much as I used to and I may just end up quiting sooner or later...

Wow, stop fighting. >. >

Suck it up and bite the bullet, don't cry about things that already happened.

I say we focus on how to push TBT Forward, instead of quaraling in little fights and gruges.

And, about the "respect" thing....I'll respect the staff that derverves it. Thats like 90% of them anyway. : D

If you think a staff doesn't deserve it, it must be because they aren't doing their job right. (In which case you should talk to them or someone with more authoirty). Oh, and 90% of 4 results in a part of a person =O

I don't know what's going on, but what I do know is that perhaps you are the blind one :gyroidwink:

Secondly, I think it can be argued that you just did exactly what you said what not to do in your 4th paragraph.
I actually saw that. Look at almost.

And that was a joke. I'm not going to let it turn into a 5 page argument.

I think another major thing that has to happen is members let staff be staff... don't worry about it, OCM. I'm glad you're worried for the better of TBT, but getting intermingled in staff business isn't going to help much.

I agree but it's not all staff business...

I agree, and I did notice yesterday was a bit tense...

Hopefully things will be resolved soon...there are already arguments brewing in this very thread...

I fear the worst.

1) Odd stop worrying you're not a staff
2) Okay, the staff will figure this out
3) The forum will survive
4) The forum will be normal
