I'm so upset because it's not the first time it's happened but this time it happened with like an ultimate dreamie so now I don't know what to do. So I asked Julian to move into my town and he said yes so I time traveled because I wanted to plot reset him straight away. I changed my time to 5.58, saved it, and then made a new character all that good stuff to plot reset like I usually do but I hadn't noticed I set the time to 5.58 PM and saved it. I make a new character check his plot, which is in the same horrible spot I saw when I loaded the game. I turned it off and tried again in case I was probably going insane but no. He was in the same spot. It was a terrible spot and I don't know what to do. I'm so upset because I have been trying to get him in my town so bad and now he's in a terrible spot because I did a fail. /sobs. somebody tell me how to fix this because getting him out of my town is hard and also I don't know when I will ever get him back if I did that.

I would TT him out, get someone to hold him and put him back in. It will take awhile but it will work, also you have to do super fast TTing to get 16 Villigers out.

I am very sorry that happened. When I first started plot resetting, I thought the only thing to change was the time, so I set it to 5:59AM, but I didn't change the day. So when I was trying to plot reset, their houses were already built and they already moved in. Happened three times as well...

The 'easiest' solution would be to move him out and cycle 16. Although if you have other Dreamies in your town, it'll be pretty difficult to get the cycle villagers to move...

However, if you did not update your 3DS to a specific version (although that was ages ago), you could use a RAM editor tool to move a building but any newer version after the update fixed the glitch to make it work.

part from having someone to hold him and cycle 16 villagers, all you can really do is just work around his spot :/

I had originally thought about working around his spot, which wouldn't have been too bad since all I had to do was push back the path two spots and demolish 3 PWPs, but that also messed with the house placements of other dreamies I have in my town.
