I need to get Cesar(or whoever the latest move out was) from my sister's void pool (or whatever it is called) out so I can let her into my town and adopt Tipper. So I thought a thing that can fix this was to visit her and have her visit me through my cycling town.
But his plot has not shown up.. and it's been a few days.
Does this mean that he won't move into anyone's town? Does this mean I'm safe? (And if you're wrong, you're holding my stuff when I reset.) Should I keep TTing?
And if he does try to move into my main and I catch him on a new character, can I reset and his plot disappears? Or will he be a definite move in?
Also, she hasn't visited anyone in a month besides me, she hasn't recently streetpassed with anyone who plays ACNL, or at all, and she has 9 villagers.
