I was hoping someone could explain something to me. How exactly do DLCs work? I know it's not some kind of voodoo magic.
I'm not talking about how to download them or anything like that, but I mean how exactly do they become available? One of the items that made me start thinking about this is the slushie machine. I've read all kinds of things about it; it's the next 7-11 DLC, you can buy it at Timmy & Tommy, and that it was probably left out of the game on accident are a few of the things I've heard.
What caught my attention was a post by someone that said that the item doesn't exist and that it was just found in the code. Does this mean that you can't obtain DLCs in the future unless they were in the code already? If that's how it works, does that mean that other countries wont have the chance to get regional DLCs like the 7-11 items? I'd think that some sort of update would make it possible.
So, as you can probably tell, I don't have a clue how it works, lol.
