I don't know what I should be feeling right now...

So, my sister and her boyfriend are leaving for Europe for a year or two tomorrow. I don't know if I should feel sad that she's leaving or happy knowing that she'll have a great time there. I know that I'll be visiting her atleast once, but a year seems to be a bit long.

My brother recently left for Australia, and much like you I was a bit of a mix.
Sure you're going to be sad that they're going, they're your sibling. But yeah, you really need to focus on the fact that they will hopefully be enjoying themselves.
They will come back, and it'll be brilliant. Chin up though, she'll miss you too.
