So, here's the thing....I was going through my dream villagers, my previous list was flung together out of who I thought looked the best, but then today I decided to go for more of a variety of personalities instead as I thought it would make things more interesting.

So after chosing quite a few from different personalities I realised, wow.... that's alot of squirrels....

And then... I don't know what happened, all of the squirrels started shouting 'PICK ME!!!' and I was like 'D: OK!!!!'

So here I am now, with a dream list full of these adorable, fluffy little squirrelies ^^
And you know what? I am happier than ever with my dream villagers list

The only villagers which are not squirrels are 3 that I already have in my town that I have grown rather attached to and don't have the heart to replace xD

Does anyone else have squirrel fever? Or any particular type of animal?
Or did it just happen? Maybe you didn't realise you had a problem until you read this topic?

I like to not have too many villagers of the same species / personality, but when I initially made my list, I ended up with like 3 dogs and 3 cats or something. Then I decided that needed to change.

I have Mint in my town, she's pretty cool. My favorite villager type is sheep though, alas I only have Curlos & Muffy. I'd rather have Eunice, Stella, Wendy, Vesta, Willow or Pietro though. But.. I'd still only want one, I don't like having multiple of the same types.

That was exactly the way I chose my first list of villagers, I chose out the cutest, then took out some of whatever species I had too many of

Also the sheep seem very popular, I love the way that the shirts are little scarfs on them ^^

I limit myself to one type of animal in the town.
I have an elephant, a lion, a wolf, a squirrel, a bear cub, an ostrich, a bird, a dog, a cow, and now a koala! Soon the lion will leave and I will be getting either a rabbit (Carmen) or **hopefully** a pig.

I have a little thing against all the pigs and frogs xD

I have had quite a few pigs in previous games and I just really don't like them :/
I was planning on getting every villagers picture before they left but when Crackle (Spork) asked to leave I was like 'Waheyy!! Go away!!' xD He wasn't too pleased

As for the frogs, in my CF game Camofrog decided to place his house a little to close to mines and from there on out I despised all frogs that ever appeared. And to this day Camofrog is still sitting in the same position in my CF game ?_?

Muffys alright I guess, I mainly like how her house has the full Rococo Set, but only time will tell if she'll sell me some stuff. Otherwise I find her eyes a bit freaky, but she's not that bad.

She is the only sheep I actually like enough to want in my town xD
And yeah she sold/gave me quite a few Rococo pieces and put one up in Re-Tail once.
But yes I agree, her eyes are a little on the freaky side, but I love how she looks gothicy
She gave me a petition form to get signed not too long ago 'No More Make-Up' which I found quite hilarious since it's obvious she is wearing a little too much xD

The wolves are another species which seem to be quite popular, never saw the appeal myself though, I have Kyle, and he is ok, I wouldn't stop him if he asked to leave though xD

But they ARE one of the nicer looking species in the game, Kangaroos just look ridiculous -_-

My favourite villager ever is a wolf: Lobo. He was the first villager I ever saw in-game, which I think influenced my love of the wolves.

I'd like to say it probably also has something to do with wolves being one of my favourite animals in real life; but I also own four cats in RL yet I still dislike the cat villagers.

Mitzi was always a villager that I wanted in all of my games, she was the first villager that I befrended in WW (My first AC game) and she always stuck in my mind
I never managed to get her in CF and when I got NL I immediately thought of her, but, when I had a look at her in the list of cat villagers I thought she looked rediculous compared to Lolly and Merry so I didn't bother xD

I'm obsessed with the sheep, as i am sure you're all very aware of ive even managed to turn other people into sheep lovers in the process
I started my new town 2 and a half weeks ago, and in my original 10 villager spots, 3 of those are occupied by sheep, i mean i resetted my town until i had a sheep as a starter (Willow)
however i am being careful, i love all the sheep, but i equally love variety, therefore i am not going to get anymore, and i am planning on just keeping Vesta & Willow my two favourite sheep ever, and Muffy will eventually leave eventhough i do love her
