i've seen people who started animal crossing in april 2013.and what their doing is cheating.first of all, just because you got a head start doesn't mean you should rub it in peoples faces via street pass!second of all, might you think that people have tried to get their house like yours, but you come back with a better house to crush their dreams. third of all, i am 1 in over 1 million people who waited till june ninth to get animal crossing.but all of you guys make our waiting seem useless. its like your saying "wow!you serously waited till june ninth?your such a loser!you could have started earlier!" and fourth of all : HOW ON EARTH DO YOU GET ALL THAT MONEY?!?!?!?!i don't get it.if you have seen somebody doing this "cheat" if you can, tell them to stop rubbing it in every ones faces.cheating is not ok.i mean serously, nobody wants for it to like july 2013, finding people with big houses while we (the non cheaters) probably only have the second expanson.

Time travelling is not a cheat; if it was, why is the ability to change the date in all games released so far? If it proved to be a bad mechanic, they would lessen the ability to change the date and time.

I'm pretty sure you're describing playing the game and not cheating in it.

Oh, I also forgot to mention this in my post, but there are people who are asked by localizing companies to test out the game and play it to detect any translation errors, glitches, etc, as well as providing first reviews or first looks before the game is released. So people would also have houses before June 2013 because of this as well.

You don't even have to cheat to get enough money for house expansions and the like. If you have a 2 months head-start you can achieve a fully upgraded house easy, even without time traveling. Beetles and turnips. Depending on your skill and technique, 8-15mil a week. A full house expansion is... 7mil?

First of all, calm down. Just because a person has a better house than you and they started earlier does not mean they are "cheating". Selling in the forums, beetle hunting, etc. can help a person expand their house faster. If you are jealous of their house, go improve yours. I'm sick and tired of these rant threads/posts that disrespects people just because they have different opinions/they have something that you don't. I have seen so much of these kinds of threads that I can already predict this ones future. Thread lock.

I really dont think that getting the japanese version is cheating. It was released there first, it's sort of illogical to expect people not to buy it untill it's been localized. It's just a game, not somthing to whine about.

Luckily I have yet to encounter anyone that has been rude to me... Everyone seems very helpful so far.

Also I'm sure she is only mentionning cheating because she is unaware of the efficient methods to make bells. Why not give her some advice instead?

First of all, I haven't seen anyone rubbing in anyone's faces. And even if they did, what's so bad about showing off your hard work and effort? It's not like "BAM" and they suddenly have a great town and a great house? I know people who started the game 4 months ago, and their town is already completed and looking fantastic. A head start? That has nothing to do with anything. It takes effort. "A head start" barely is worthy enough as an excuse to rant about someone's hard work and dedication they put in their town.

Second of all, you are not the only one in a million that waited until June Ninth to get the game. I know many people here who waited relentlessly for the game. So, that in no way makes you no different or any more special to those who waited.

Fourth of all, cheat? Sweetie, people spent countless hours just to make bells. It's not like they go and ask a magical fairy "oh magical fairy, may I please get 1 million bells in animal crossing new leaf? <3 "
It is not at easy as that. It took me at least 5 hours to make 5 mil bells from turnips, investing and selling. Simple. And an extended 5 hours on bug hunting on the island. Your argument is once again invalid.


So I see no reason in this thread if you cannot open your eyes and see that everyone earns their bells through effort, blood, sweat and dedication.

And everyone who has "big houses" does this through the same way bells are earned - through effort, blood, sweat and dedication. So dear, that is not cheating.

Your whole rant is completely invalid. It is your own fault if your "house is not big" because you don't go and earn bells to pay off your home loans. So you have no one to blame, especially not the "cheaters" who makes lots of bells.

So sweetie, before you start ranting, put this all in consideration. I just couldn't hold back. Sorry guys. ^~^
