I did a complete analysis of all the NH footage we've got so far.

It turned out to be about 39 pages, but that's mostly from the google docs formatting weirdness. There are a lot of small details that are hard to notice unless you're watching it in slow motion! One of the most interesting parts that I noticed is about the size of the town map, which seems to be one of the biggest we've ever gotten.

Page 1/Image 2 - We don't know for sure the demo town and the trailer town are the same town. Maybe the rocky areas will be in different places for different players.
7/1 - From what I understood, the flowers had been watered before the player is shown watering the tree.
18/2 - If Bells are comparable to Yen, he's charging you ~$500 for a tent, a phone, and a flight, which you can pay him back at any time. Sounds reasonable to me.
21/1 - Compared with 6/1, I'm not sure the maps for the trailer and demo town are the same. The beach area on 6/1 looks like it's just above a corner, while the lone rock on 21/1's right beach doesn't look like it fits that. The beach expands again right below the rock there.
22/2 - Someone on another thread commented on the shirt icon in the inventory. Are clothes stored separately from your other items?
27/1 - The name bubble matches Fuchsia. If you look at 38/1, Hamlet's name bubble also matches him.

1) The thing about the trailer and the demo is that both of them have appear to have an identical looking split river formation, right near the center of town. In the scene in the trailer when they jump over the river, it looks identical to a part shown later in the treehouse. I am considering removing my comment about this however, because you might be right and they are just slightly different.

2) They also plant the flowers on screen though, then aren't shown watering them yet they still sparkle, even before it rains. It's one of those things where I can't tell if you're meant to take it literally or if it's just showing that you have to water your flowers for casual viewers of the trailer.

3) The Nook thing is a joke because he's doing he happy expression while telling you that lol, I love him.

Thanks a lot for this, especially the map clarification. It kept tripping me up, because it looked like it was several acres yet everyone was saying it was really small. I'd be fine with City Folk size though.

I think the bigger the area gets the less personal it is. This, or slightly bigger, is good I think. If it got much bigger, then everything would get way too spread out.
