my body just refuses to cry, and if i ever do it doesn't help - i need some alone time, a few hours of quiet solitude, looking out the window sitting on the window sill in a warm blanket. a long duration of silence. calm.

idk man

Crying does help, even if it feels like it isn't. It can get rid of toxins that have built up in your body, due to stress.

I hope that you feel happier now though, being sad sucks!

just think about dying, thats what i do and it helps me every time

dude ik the feeling when it feels like you need to cry but you cant. idk how to help you but i wish u good luck and i hope it gets better soon

A year ago I remember crying everyday. I didn't understand why I was always sad and I was just in bed all day. Even my mum asked me 'why are you always crying?' It was just a sad experience not just for me, but also what my family has been through and I get upset just thinking about it. A year later and everything has changed. My family has been on the right path to getting better, I have school and friends and I'm generally feeling happier, and writing this makes me feel at ease.

I'm writing this to say that things will get better, I NEVER thought I'd be in this position last year. Unexpected things can happen for the greatest and I promise you, whatever you're going through will not matter a year from now. Sadness isn't a permanent feeling. Try your best to pick yourself back up.

Take care. I hope you're feeling happier.

Try remembering something sad or watch a really tragic movie to release some emotions! I think maybe when you need to cry you'll be able to o:

Me too, but my parents always yell at me when I have tears in my eyes so I kinda learned to not cry.

Me too its weird bc the only time I cry is if I'm watching something really emotional that just makes me cry or if I'm pittying myself lmao

Hope you're alright though :(

I can't cry in a real life situation even if my life depended on it, but when it comes to watching movies... gg

i'm the exact same. i can't remember the last time i cried about something in real life, but movies easily get to me. i think it's completely alright not to be able to cry when you're sad, and i'm guessing lots of people don't do it

Thats kinda the same thing when Im really nauseas. I cannot throw up for the life of me. No matter how sick I feel, everything stays in my stomach.
