I just found out that you could skip Kapp'ns ANNOYING songs when going/coming back from the island. Hahahaha! I can't believe I didn't know that.

What things took you forever to figure out?

Hmm.. It took me a while to learn that you can use the L or R buttons to run instead of using B. I don't really run anyway though so that wasn't very useful

It took me a while to figure out I could call NPCs with the megaphone. It happened by accident one time. I don't remember who I was calling for but Kapp'n answered. My eyes were opened that day.

I found out about switching to different tools with the directional buttons by myself. No villagers or anyone had mentioned it to me so I can't remember how I randomly figured it out. Also, I always skip through conversations with the B button, so at first I would hammer the B button to skip through his songs. Since it did nothing I figured you had no choice but to sit through them until I saw someone on Tumblr mention to skip with A.

Such a simple change that I can't believe I didn't think of...

Huh? I skip it with B, it just takes several presses.

I just found that out today, because I was so mad when I left my Pave set at the tree, and Katrina obliterated it all.

Took me a while to figure out you can jump off the edge of a cliff into water and off the end of the dock as well. It still amazes me to this day xD!
