Basically, there are eevees born in different regions (as you know there are different generations of Pokemon, each game generally set in a different continent thing)
So he was asking you if, you cared about where the shiny eevee was born

Well yeh, Kanto doesn't have a shiny...
But I doubt it would matter if it were a different pokemon? Perhaps some moves would be different but it'll still be shiny.

Some previous generation Pokemon can be hacked/genned, and some people care about non-legit Pokemon, which is why I was asking. I have an extra shiny Eevee but I'm not 100% sure if it's hacked because it was traded to me a while back.

OP, how much are you willing to pay for a female shiny Eevee? I'll take a pic once I get my DS.
