Hypercam records what you do on the computer then you can put it on youtube etc
It doesent cost anything but if you dont pay for it this stupid tabs in the corner that sais Hypercam2

The best screen recording software I've ever used is ScreenFlow, but it's only for Mac. It's really great. SO many useful features.
