If you are planning on acquiring one of the upcoming new villagers, who are you parting ways with? This is a toughy for me, I like all my villagers.... there's a handful of maybes. Maple, Fauna, Ribbot, Tiffany, and Audie, and possibly Marshall.....
Hunting or amiibo-ing one of the new villagers, who's on the outs?

Right now my main island is filled with all 8 of the previously new villagers that didn't have amiibo cards, Sparro and Etoile. If I can complete the series 5 set I'll give the previous non-amiibo card villagers away and make room for others, especially for Petri and Ione.
For my main island I was going to be changing three of them anyway. I hope to get Chabwick’s amiibo. If not I will look for him. I plan on moving out fang since I have his amiibo. For my second island it’s a lot harder. Will have to think about who I will let go and which of the new villagers fit my theme.
Well, I know it's time for Lopez to move soon (in fact, I'd love to get him out before the update and move Jacques in). But I may also move Apple and Antonio out- I love them both, but I think it's just time. Not sure if I'll replace them with new villagers, though. We'll just have to see!

Reneigh is leaving since I had no plans on keeping her anyways. I am not 100% sure if I want to make any of the new villagers permanent. I’m leaning towards Sasha a lot. I still have plans to find Dom again and move him back and get Marshal and Ankha. For those, I am not sure who I want to leave all the rest of my villagers are dreamies. Judy was going to be temporary and her spot was to be used for cycling but I got attached to her and she didn’t have an amiibo card until now (but i am probably never going to get my hands on any packs so going to hang on for a bit longer I guess).

I really love Cephalobot. I reset my island recently, and even though he probably will NOT fit my aesthetic, I made room for him. He will be a permanent resident of Corduroy, with his best octopi buddy, Zucker! :3 As Zucker is my all-time favorite villager cx
Pretty much everyone but Audie since I’ve just restarted and didn’t bother letting any of my original villagers leave. But I’m definitely getting Shino and maybe Faith once I get my Amiibo cards. Haven’t decided who else I want on my island at the moment besides them.
One of these gentlemen more than likely will be next to go. I'd rather Sheldon or Sherb go next. Sheldon cause he crashed his interior with terrible rearranging after he got gifts while being one of three Jocks or Sherb cause I'm not connecting or caring for him at all. He just makes me think of Jimmy from Ed Edd & Eddie. I rather not keep two Lions and might end up with zero Lions, but there is honestly aspects of both of them that I am enjoying currently that makes them a bit harder to let go.
I'll be getting the move out bubble around the time the update drops, so I won't be hunting till likely a few days or week after everyone else has gone bananas hunting for them, but that's okay since I know the odds of finding some of them will be on the harder side. (Sasha has a lot of other Rabbits in his way)
I have a lot of placeholder villagers currently: Rosie, Kiki, Marshal, and Static. Any one of them can be replaced since I can call them again via amiibo.

i plan on inviting all of the new villagers to my island to get to know them and obtain their posters/photos, but the only one i’m certain will be staying permanently atm is shino. i thankfully won’t have to kick out any of my current dreamies for her as i’ve got 2 slots i’ve just been using to move villagers in and out, so she’ll take up one of those. however, if i have to get rid of any of my dreamies down the line, it’ll likely be fuchsia and/or fauna. :’)

I'm going for Tiansheng, Shino, Sasha and Ione. The 4 that will be leaving are Marty, Toby, Chai and Genji because I have their amiibo cards.
I don't feel bad "asking" them to leave because I can always bring them back. The other 6 I don't have theirs.
That's also a reason I don't want to get the new amiibo cards. I'll want to keep the villagers longer if I don't have their cards.

Apart from Lolly, any of them are free to move. I don't have any peppy or smug villagers atm so I'd preferably be looking for a lazy or cranky villager to leave first because I have a few of those.
I can wait to discover the new villagers ingame because I know seeing them "for real" with animations and all can make a huge difference. For now I really want Shino and Sasha but their personalities are not ideal considering my actual villagers.
I also want to see more of Cephalobot, Tiansheng, and Roswell.

I love all my villagers, but I will make room for Sasha somehow. I wish he were a jock or smug, because I already have Zucker who is lazy, but it's okay. I will probably move Chrissy and Francine off my island and make them roommates. I need a cranky or uchi, but none of the new ones interest me too much.
